On Mar 20, Defense Minister Kishi attended the graduation ceremony of the JGSDF High Technical School and gave a commencement addressto approx. 300 graduates.They are expected to play important roles in various JGSDF units after graduation, such as technical units, educational facilities, and headquarters.
