On February 2, JASDF 4th Air Defense Missile Group conducted the PAC-3 maneuver deployment training at JGSDF Camp Kasugai. The JASDF has followed a series of deploying procedures from setting up of the system to pullout to enhance the tactical skills for ballistic missile response.
Amid the rapidly changing security environment surrounding Japan, it’s significant to be prepared to flexibly deploy PAC-3 equipment at various locations. The MOD/JSDF will continue to conduct necessary training to maintain its readiness with appropriate measures taken for COVID-19.
