On August 4, Defense Minister Kishi received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Mohamed ELLOUMI, Ambassador of Republic of Tunisia to Japan. They wished for the success of the TICAD8, which will be held in Tunisia on Aug 27-28, and concurred to further develop cooperation.
