On Feb 16, Defense Minister Kishi received a report from Lt. Col. Koga upon her return from the two year long mission at the NATO HQC3S. Defense Minister Kishi commended her for completing the difficult mission under COVID pandemic as the third personnel dispached to NATO.
Under the framework of the IPCP, she had worked for Information Data Management Branch, contributing to enhancing the interoperability of NATO’s data systems. Japan will continue to promote Japan-NATO defense cooperation and exchanges based on the IPCP.
