On July 14, State Minister Nakayama received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Ahmed ARAITA ALI, Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to Japan. Djibouti is an important country in terms of the only country where the SDF has an overseas facility that is used to counter piracy.
