JS HARUSAME conducted a Japan- Philippine bilateral exercise

On November 26, JS HARUSAME conducted a Japan- Philippine bilateral exercise with BPR CONRADO YAP in the vicinity of Subic.
Through this exercise, JS HARUSAME improved its tactical capabilities and strengthened cooperation with the Philippine Navy. The exercise also enabled the realization of a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific” and embodied the united will of the Philippines and Japan.
The Self-Defense Fleet maintains readiness, contributing to the defense of Japan and the maintenance to maritime order based on law, as well as stability in the Indo-Pacific region with allied and friendly navies.
