JS KIRISAME conducted a good will exercise with the Federated States of Micronesia Border Control and Maritime Surveillance Operation Center

From July 29 to 31, JS KIRISAME conducted a good will exercise with the Federated States of Micronesia Border Control and Maritime Surveillance Operation Center in vicinity of Federated State of Micronesia to improve our tactical skills and promote mutual understanding with the FSM BCMS.
This exercise is the first bilateral one with the Federated States of Micronesia.
The Self-Defense Fleet maintains readiness, contributing to the defense of Japan and the maintenance to maritime order based on law, as well as stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
