The Self-Defense Fleet participated in Self-Defense Forces Joint Disaster Prevention Exercise (04JXR)

From June 20th to 23rd, the Self-Defense Fleet participated in Self-Defense Forces Joint Disaster Prevention Exercise (04JXR) based on the assumption of Nankai Trough earthquake.
The US Naval Forces Japan (CNFJ) also participated in this exercise.
The Self-Defense Fleet is contributing to strengthening the Japan-U.S. alliance to respond to all contingencies including disaster response.
