The Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense visit to the Maritime Operation Center

On February 25, IWAMOTO Tsuyohito, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense visited VADM YUASA Hideki the Commander in Chief, the Self-Defense Fleet, at the Maritime Operation Center.
The Maritime Operation Center is operated by the Self-Defense Fleet Command as a joint task force to establish a rapid response system for contingencies ranging from peacetime to national security emergencies in close cooperation with other Self-Defense Forces, U.S. Forces, and related ministries and agencies.
