JS YUDACHI conducted bilateral exercise with the German Navy

On January 29, JS YUDACHI conducted a bilateral exercise with FGS BAYERN in the Gulf of Aden.
The Commanding Officer of JS YUDACHI, CDR WAKUSHIMA Hidetaka said, “Through this exercise, we enhanced our tactical skills and deepened our cooperation with the German Navy. The German Navy is an important partner that shares the same aspiration of maintaining and strengthening the international order based on the rule of law.”
The Self-Defense Fleet remains ready to work with friendly countries, in order to realize a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific,” safeguard the peace and security of Japan, and support stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
