JS JINTSU conducted joint trainig “KAEDEX21” with HMCS Winnipeg

November 9, JS JINTSU conducted joint training “KAEDEX21” with HMCS Winnipeg in the waters west of Kyusyu.
The Commanding Officer of JS JINTSU, CDR NAKASHIMA Yasuhiro, stated, “Through this training, we improved our tactical skills and cooperation with the Canadian Navy. The Canadian Navy is an important partner in the Asia-Pacific region that shares the same aspiration of realizing a Free and Open Indo-Pacific, and the JMSDF and the Canadian Navy work together at every opportunity.”
The Self-Defense Fleet remains responsive and deepens the cooperative relationship with related countries, safeguards the peace and security of Japan, and contributes to support stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
