Inspection of the Maritime Operations Center by the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defence

On May 27, VADM YUASA Hideki, Commander of the Self-Defense Fleet, received an inspection of the Maritime Operations Center by MATSUKAWA Rui, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense.
The Maritime Operations Center is operated by the Self-Defense Fleet Command as a joint task force to establish a rapid response system for contingencies ranging　from peacetime to national security emergencies in close cooperation with other Self-Defense Forces, U.S. forces, and related ministries and agencies.
