This program offers NDA cadets one- to three-week visits to the service academies of Brazil, Canada, China, India, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
It also offers ten-days visits to NDA by cadets of the service academies of Australia, India, Republic of Korea, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States of America.
This program offers NDA cadets one year of study at the Air Force academy of Republic of Korea and one semester study at the service academies of United States of America（Army, Navy, Air Force and V.M.I）, France（Army, Navy and Air Force）,extending to Republic of Korea（Army and Navy）,Germany（Army and Air Force）,Qatar, Australia, as well as several years or one semester visits to NDA by cadets of the service academies of the United States of America, France and Australia.
NDA has about 100 foreign cadets from Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People‘s Democratic Republic, Mongolia, Myanmmar, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. Most of these cadets spend their first year studying the Japanese language and then the following four years taking the same academic courses that the Japanese cadets do. They also graduate with bachelor’s degrees.
