On October 21st, we invited a guest lecturer, President Ryosei Kokubun of the National Defense Academy of Japan, and received a special lecture on topic of “the current situation of China’s Xi Jinping system and Japan-China relations.”

　President Kokubun introduced extensive information with a sense of humor in simple words, including “the current situation of China’s diplomacy and Japan-China relations” and “Japan’s position” based on his detailed analysis of “China’s internal affairs.” The audience of about 300 people, consisting of the students of the 17th Joint Advanced Course, faculty and staff members, could acquire a very valuable knowledge, and was so into his lecture that they lost track of time.
