1. In some cases, a third party (refers to a party other than the state. Hereinafter referred to as gThird Partyh) may hold copyrights or other rights to a part of the Content. For Content where a Third Party holds copyrights or other rights (e.g. portrait rights in a photograph, publicity rights etc.), it is the responsibility of the user to obtain consent for use from the Third Party unless there is explicit indication that the rights have already been cleared.
2. If a gThird Partyh holds rights to a part of gThis Contenth, said fact may be directly or indirectly stated or indicated through source citations, but in some cases the part of gThis Contenth to which the gThird Partyh holds the rights may not be clear or may not be explicitly stated. gThis Terms of Useh herein does not apply to the following Content. If there is any Content that clearly states that different terms of use apply, it is described in "Important note on Public Data License (Version 1.0)".
1. Symbol mark, Logo, and Character Design which represent the organization or specific business.
2. Content where other terms of use apply with concrete and rational reason.
1. gThis Terms of Useh shall be governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In case of disputes relating to the use of gThis Contenth based on gThis Terms of Useh, or gThis Terms of Useh, the user agrees that the exclusive court of first instance shall be the district court or summary court with jurisdiction in the place where the organization that has published the disputed gThis Contenth is located.
1. gThis Terms of Useh shall be governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. National government (If gThis Contenth is provided by a public institution such as a local government instead of the national government, the public institution such as the local government) bears absolutely no responsibility for any action taken by the user involving the use of gThis Contenth including use of information based on edited gThis Contenth.
1. gThis Terms of Useh does not limit those types of uses for which, under Copyright Act of Japan, license from the right holders are not required.
2. gThis Terms of Useh was established on July 5, 2024. gThis Terms of Useh may be modified in the future. If you are already using gThis Contenth under the Government of Japan Standard Terms of Use, these terms and conditions will continue to apply.
3. gThis Terms of Useh is compatible with the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 (hereinafter referred to as the CC BY).National government (If gThis Contenth is provided by a public institution such as a local government instead of the national government, the public institution such as the local government) permits the user to use gThis Contenth to which gThis Terms of Useh apply in accordance with CC BY.
4. The link policy, privacy policy, accessibility, and disclaimer for the entire website shall be freely determined by the national or local government that adopts gThis Terms of Useh as long as they do not contradict the contents related to the use of gThis Contenth based on gThis Terms of Useh.
5. gThis Terms of Useh may be applied as use rules for Content provided by local governments.
6. gThis Terms of Useh may apply not only to the website as a whole, but also to individual Content.
