Commander of Atalanta, EU Combined Force made a courtesy call on Japanese base of Djibouti.

    21st Sep 2019, CMDRE Martorell, Commander of Atalanta, EU Combined Force, made a courtesy call on the Japanese base of Djibouti. He received a brief regarding DGPE and DAPE operations with COL Ozawa, Commander of DGPE, and CDR Ohara, Commander of DAPE. CMDRE Martorel has a greater understanding and appreciation of the DGPE and DAPE due to the expertise COL Ozawa and CDR Ohara contribute to the overall mission.
