Self Defense Fleet conducted Japan-Australia bilateral IW (Information Warfare) community.

Self Defense Fleet conducted JMSDF-Royal Australian Navy bilateral IW (Information Warfare) conference with Commander Information Warfare Force, CAPT Catherine Gordon.
During the meeting, JMSDF and Royal Australian Navy shared the situational awareness of the security environment in the Indo-Pacific region, which is becoming more complex and severe with continued attempts to change the status quo by force. They also confirmed that cooperation between the two countries is critically important for non-kinetic information operations in domains such as intelligence, communications, meteorology/oceanography, electromagnetic, cyber, and space, in addition to kinetic operations of the both fleets, aiming to realize a "Free and Open Indo-Pacific."
