RADM KAWAMURA Shinichi, chief of staff, Command in Chief Self-Defense Fleet, RADM TOI Yuichiro, Chief of Staff, Command Fleet Submarine Force was invited by RADM Carl Lahti, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan, RADM Chris Cavanaugh, Commander, Submarine Group 7 to observe an unmanned surface vehicle operated by the U.S. Navy.
The Self Defense Fleet maintains readiness, contributing to the defense of Japan and the maintenance to maritime order based on law, as well as stability in the Indo-Pacific region with U.S. Navy.
