　情報作戦集団先任伍長の高江洲です。
情報作戦集団は、海上自衛隊の艦艇や航空機、潜水艦等による目に見える領域の作戦を根幹から支える活動をしています。
また、情報環境等の急速な発達により、平時と有事の境界線が明確ではなく、脅威が常に存在している状況であることから、昼夜を問わず２４時間３６５日態勢で任務を遂行しています。

　令和８年３月２３日に新たに新編された情報作戦集団は、情勢の変化に対応して、海上自衛隊の精強性を維持するため、各部隊先任伍長が一丸となり、スピード感をもって、任務に臨んでいきます。
高い規律と緊張感を保ちながら勤務する隊員とその隊員を支え続けて下さっているご家族や大切な人が、情報作戦集団で勤務していることに誇りを持てるよう、各部隊先任伍長と共に尽力してまいります。
引き続き、変わらぬご支援とご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

I am Takasu, the Command Master Chief Petty Officer of the Information Warfare Command.
The Information Warfare Command provides fundamental support for operations in the visible domains, conducted by JMSDF vessels, aircraft, and submarines.
Furthermore, due to the rapid evolution of the information environment, the boundaries between peacetime and wartime have become increasingly blurred, meaning threats are ever-present. Consequently, we maintain a state of constant readiness, performing our duties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Newly established on March 23, 2026, the Information Warfare Command must adapt to rapidly changing circumstances to maintain the operational excellence of the JMSDF. To achieve this, all Command Master Chief Petty Officers across our units are working as one, approaching every mission with a profound sense of urgency and speed.
While maintaining high standards of discipline and vigilance, I am dedicated—alongside my fellow Command Master Chief Petty Officers—to ensuring that our personnel can take immense pride in serving within the Information Warfare, and to supporting the families and loved ones who stand by them.
