RADM Habuchi, met with Chief of the Royal Norwegian Navy, RADM Berdal, and reaffirmed the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation with a view to the future opening of the Arctic Sea Route. He also exchanged views on personnel policy with CAPT Hesthamar, the Royal Norwegian Staff of N1.
