Meeting with the First Sea Lord of the Royal Navy

ADM Saito, Chief of Staff JMSDF and GEN Jenkins, First Sea Lord of Royal Navy, met onboard HMS Prince of Wales and shared ideas on strengthening Japan and UK ties, reaffirming their shared commitment to FOIP. We will keep working together to uphold the maritime order.
In addition, a Statement of Intent (SOI) was signed to promote cooperation in the field of information warfare.
JMSDF will continue to strengthen its collaboration with RN across a wide range of fields and further enhance our interoperability.
