Three staff members of the Japan Joint Staff College (JJSC) visited the Netherlands Defence College and participated as observers in the Combined Joint European Exercise (CJEX) from 4 to 14 May.

Observer participation in CJEX constitutes a newly established program under the Letter of Intent (LOI) on institutional exchange between JJSC and the Netherlands Defence Academy (NLDA), and this marked its inaugural implementation.

Through participation in CJEX, JJSC studied the conduct and operational framework of joint exercises in Europe. JJSC will further strengthen mutual trust and enhance our educational program through continued cooperation with NLDA in the field of education and research.
