On May 24, Maj Gen Kumagai, JSC Vice Commandant, received an office call from Sr. LTG TRAN VIET KHOA, President of the NDAV. We had the overview briefings each other, exchanged the opinions over future student's interaction, and agreed to increase Japan and Vietnam friendship more.
