On March 16, VADM Futakawa, JSC Commandant, received an office call from delegation headed by AVM Fin Monahan, UK Defence think tank, the Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC). They exchanged views on the respective missions and discussed further personnel exchange between JSC and DCDC.
