The JGSDF Military Intelligence School activation ceremony

　The JGSDF Military Intelligence School activation ceremony was held at Camp Fuji on Sunday April 1st, 2018, under the command of Major General Yoshimasa Aoki.

　The School was newly established to provide JGSDF personnels with specialized and practical intelligence education.

　The activation of the School will enable the effective teaching of intelligence collection, analysis, and operations required for combat operations in close collaboration with the various training courses held at JGSDF Fuji School including branches of infantry, field artillery and armor.

　The Military Intelligence School will also collaborate in training and research with the newly established Training, Evaluation, Research and Development Command (TERCOM) in order to produce SDF personnel with highly advanced and specialized capabilities in intelligence collection and analysis.
