In the session, he discussed securities in Europe and Indo-Pacif-ic region and confirmed the impor-tance of strengthening cooperation with the NATO Chiefs of Defence countries. He also conducted bilat-eral talks to share the views on the way ahead of further strengthening each bilateral defense cooperation and on strategic environment of Europe and Indo-Pacific region.From January 8 to 24, JMSDF Air Patrol Squadron Three took part in a multilateral exercise “Sea Dragon 2024” hosted by the U.S. Navy. Competing with other countries in anti-submarine warfare skills, the JMSDF won the championship for the second year in a row. The JMSDF has participated in this exercise since 2020, and this is the fifth participation for the JMSDF.
