2'@A/NFrom November 22 to 30, the JGSDF conducted a bilateral field training exercise Vigilant Isles 22 with the British Army. Bilateral training units developed their operational capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures for islands defense. Through this exercise, JGSDF upheld and reinforced a Free and Open Indo-Pacific and enhanced mutual understanding and trust between Japan and the UK.
