These exercises contribute to the regional peace and stability.JMSDF JS Kongo and the USN vessels conducted a ballistic missile information sharing exercise in the Sea of Japan on April 13 and 14, and JASDF F-15 and F-2 fighters and JMSDF ships conducted anti-ship training with the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group in the East China Sea on April 15.On April 16, CH-47s of JGSDF 1st Helicopter Brigade with the personnel of JGSDF Amphibious Rapid Deployment Brigade on board practiced landing on the USS Abraham Lincoln in the East China Sea.
