During the official visit, LTG Burr and GEN Yoshida, signed the memorandum concerning the assignment of a liaison officer to the Australian Army from the JGSDF. This concept is the first time to dispatch personnel to the 1st Division of the Australian Army. Since we had already received the liaison officer from the 1st Division of the Australian Army in January 2021, this agreement will make a new history of enhancing interoperability between the JGSDF and the Australian Army.www.mod.go.jp/en/jdf/LTG Burr, Chief of the Australian Army’s Visit to JapanDefense Minister Kishi Received a Courtesy Call from H.E.
