5On September 24, JASDF, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Marine Corps conducted a bilateral training at airspace over the East China Sea northwest of Naha, Okinawa. F-15, B-52 and Fifth Generation Fighter F-35B conducted an intercept training in order to strengthen Japan-U.S. Alliance capabilities to deter and respond. This high-end training, with the participation of Fifth Generation Fighter, contributed to strengthening the readi-ness of JSDF and the U.S. Forces in Japan. JSDF will continually conduct bilateral training/exercise to strength-en Japan-U.S. Alliance capabilities and act in line with the U.S.On September 24, JS Kaga and JS Murasame, visiting the Indian Ocean as an Indo-Pacific Deployment unit, conducted a bilateral exercise with FGS Bayern.
