LTC Fukayama and MAJ Taketatsu recived a letter of appreciation from the Egyptian Armed Forces in the presence of the Ambassador to Egypt, in recognition of their efforts to promote cooperation with other countries that have sent personnel to Egypt, such as the U.S.Defense Cooperation and Exchanges signed in 2019.2 Both sides also exchanged views on the recent regional 2security issues, including the East China Sea and the South China Sea.
