Commander in Chief, Self Defense Fleet, gave a lecture at MILAN2024.

Commander in Chief, Self Defense Fleet, VADM SAITO Akira, delivered a speech on the "Free and Open Indo-Pacific" promoted by the Japanese government at the International Maritime Seminar, on the occasion of a multilateral exercise MILAN2024 hosted by the Indian Navy. During the seminar, he and other participants had a lively discussion on how multilateral nations can cooperate with each other to maintain the maritime order.
